Gently pull apart the nose cuff to allow enough room to then slide over your nostril. Placed so the back of cuff sits inside your nostril. Once you’ve found the perfect spot for your cuff to sit, squeeze the cuff with thumb and finger to clamp onto nostril.
All nose cuffs come with a little bag, I suggest placing cuff back into its bag to keep safe whilst it’s not been worn. Cuffs are small and can be easily miss placed.
